The Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Marketing at the Assistant Professor level, with an anticipated start date of August 1, 2026. Salary and benefits are competitive with peer institutions. Responsibilities include teaching nine credit hours per semester (three courses), engaging in scholarly research leading to publications in high-quality refereed journals, and contributing service at the department, college, and/or universitylevel.
Successful (Ideal) candidates will possess the following requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. or DBA in Marketing, or closely related field from an AACSB-accredited business school. Candidates in the ABD stage of their doctoral studies are expected to complete the Ph.D. prior to this position’s start date of August 1, 2026.
